My 30 Day Goal is:
Save at least £500.

Current Thought:
Quick 10 mins abs workout first thing yesterday , during which I felt like I was going to throw up. I had to miss out the last move. Final holiday big breakfast, packing then drive home. We got back around 2pm. Loaded the washing machine, C went off to do some food shopping whilst I got started on my email boxes. Managed to clear quite a lot of admin. A couple more exhibitors crawled out of the woodwork which was good. A few more adverts received. Final parts of the plan coming together. Just had a snack for dinner as neither of as were particularly hungry. Read, gamed and watched TV back in the comfort of my own home. Got on the scales of doom this morning for the first time in 10 days. It asked if it was really me. 8lbs on. Not surprised but, I know thats from 2 course breakfasts, sweet treats and 2 scoop ice creams, 3 course evening meals with wine and Baileys, almost every day for 7 days. Just by getting back to normal I should be able to shift that reasonably easily.

Current Emotion
Determined.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
knows how to get back on plan and will stick to it. Returns to healthy food and keeps hydrated and pushes hard during exercises.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Today is reset day. No longer on holiday so no excuses.

I feel:
Excited and ready to shift.

I do:
1) (body) peal attempt this morning. May workout this afternoon.
2) (mind) keep my mind on the method.
3) (soul) enjoy being back home.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Living up to other people’s expectations of you is not your responsibility. Therefore, it is their mistake, not your failure, if you cannot meet them.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
A successful holiday trip both in terms of ringing, my part in the organisation, how I managed my mind around certain people, how I engaged with different people, how I made decisions and was my authentic self.
