My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose at least 8lbs.

Current Thought:
Yesterday was our first full day back home. Peal attempt at Fobbing first thing so no chance to workout. Peal was successful, only made a couple of minor hesitations. Managed to get a large blister on my left forefinger and in the middle of my left palm. The vicar came up half way through, despite being told to wait until the end. He got some very stern looks then left. Luckily that didn’t shake things up too much. We went for a drink afterwards. I stuck to water. The pub wasn’t taking anymore walk in food orders, so no lunch for us. During the afternoon I mostly read and napped. C was on the main computer. We had a light seafood crespella for dinner, then settled in for the evening, watching a film. I had considered about doing a workout but my shoulders already ached from all the ringing.

Current Emotion
Dynamic.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
gets things done. Lots to do today, and two meetings, so no time for hesitation or procrastination.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I have a plan for getting everything I need to do done in a timely manner.

I feel:
Confident all that is necessary will be achieved.

I do:
1) (body) walk into town for ringing this morning. Depending on how well other things go, may squeeze in a workout.
2) (mind) focus on each task and not get emotionally charged during meetings.
3) (soul) plan exercise, hydration and good food. All good for the soul.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Changing your mind is okay, never rethinking your views and ideas is much worse.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Glad to have scored yesterday’s peal and not to have made any major mistakes.
