My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose at least 8lbs.
Current Thought:
A very busy day yesterday. Started admin and ironing before even going ringing in the morning to try and get a head start. Got straight back into admin when I got back home. An early lunch before the CC Exec meeting where I raised an issue that’s been going on for a long time but in a way that was not accusatory, but an opportunity for us to learn from. l got the point across, it wasn’t lost on anyone, and also some action about it. Issue resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant. Straight back to food prep and ironing for the rest of the afternoon. Got all that finished by about 6pm when C went out ringing. Had a bit of time to fill. Almost considered doing a workout but decided to dance around the lounge for a bit, then read. Then into another meeting which was very useful and productive. That, and a final bit of late admin to do and I was finished by 9.30pm. Then I could settle down for the rest of the evening. Didn’t eat anything other than dinner, and a couple of biscuits in the afternoon. Too busy to worry about it, and wasn’t hungry anyway.

Amazed.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Today will be interesting back at work, to see if there’s much for me to do. I have prepped breakfast, lunch and snacks to keep me on track.
I feel:
I can lose this holiday weight quickly and easily by sticking to the plan.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime wark. Ringing this evening.
2) (mind) focus on what’s new at work.
3) (soul) back to normal week day routines.

Embrace the unknown to enjoy its benefits.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Pleased to have accomplished so much yesterday. Made my point both in face to face meetings, and via email to another meeting I could not attend, with confidence and clarity.
