Lose at least 8lbs.
Current Thought:
Back to work yesterday. 182 emails, half of which could be deleted without even reading. Some were for information only, then a small smattering that actually required some action or response. Update with my boss and some information gathering for her, then I was largely done by lunch time. Went for a walk and pottered about in the afternoon. Caught up on some SOSI updates too. No time for a workout, dinner then off ringing for learners practice. Only one of them made it in the end, but thanks to a visitor, we still had enough ringers to help our learner. A reasonable normal practice by which time our other learner had arrived and we put then through something new. Water down the pub then home and bed.

is excited about being able to do a proper, full workout tought. Seems like the first one in weeks, and the first full, new one from the new cycle I checked into over a week ago.

It will be good to do some cardio work, and get a sweat on.
I feel:
Excitedt o practice new moves and move my body, it’s been getting stiff.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Full workout tonight.
2) (mind) project meetings today, and some reading.
3) (soul) good food, movement, mind work.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Emotions are powerful and often confusing things, but perhaps we have more control over them than we realise.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Persuaded C to go to a dinner party with me next month, to my former best friend’s 60th birthday. Its a sit down dinner, so I said we could just treat it like a free dinner out. Haven’t spoken to her in years as we drifted apart, but I really would like to re-engage our friendship. We are both each other’s children’s godparent.
