My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose at least 8lbs.
Current Thought:
After an initial couple of meetings, the day then progressed rather slowly and quietly. Booked tickets for a Christmas classical music concert. Got home and did a 20 min kettlebell workout from my new cycle. Absolutely loved it. Given I only had a 10kg and 12kg kettlebell, it was pretty hard going and not much differentiation between light and heavy. I did rather enjoy it though and worked up a proper sweat. After dinner, I settled down but C was on the computer doing some work on the CC AGM programme. He kept asking questions and eventually I had to boot up my laptop to get at some photos and data for him. I did manage to sit and read in relative quiet and peace otherwise with no tv on.

I dress for success, plan what I wear, how I exercise and eat good, nutritious foods, what experiences I want to have, and how I communicate to attract the people I want in my life.
I feel:
Amazing that I get to dress well, move my body, fuel it well, book fun experiences and interact authentically.
I do:
1) (body) Full workout tonight.
2) (mind) Workshop at Orsett today, could be quite challenging.
3) (soul) get home early and finish my workday without a late commute.

Be open to new ideas and concepts, even if they challenge your current beliefs.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
I’m grateful I have C to help put together the CC AGM programme. Its a big task and requires precision.
