Chilled out

My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose at least 8lbs.

Current Thought:
Chilled out day yesterday. Swapped my planned workout for one less strenuous as I still had DOMS from the last few days. Good move. Haircut, massage and very brief trip around some shops due be both hairdressers and massage running late, then having to wait over 20 mins in a queue to get my prescription meant I didn’t have time to get any flowers or look around properly for anything decent to take away with us for Sunday morning breakfast. Needed to rush home to have a very quick lunch, before heading off to Maldon to help ring for a wedding. It was lovely to catch up with some people I taught to ring about 20 years ago. Unfortunately for the bride and groom, it was throwing it down with rain by the time the service had finished, so they had to have their photos taken inside the church. We had to make a mad dash for the car. Spent the rest of the afternoon chilling out, reading and napping.

Current Emotion
Chilled out.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
is relaxed, calm and not phased by who I will have to spend time with again this weekend. I will relax on our journey, make healthy eating choices and be happy and magnetic at the event this afternoon.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I will be able to put a smile on and enjoy not having to prove myself in front of others. I can be my authentic self.

I feel:
Ready to play happy families for the day.

I do:
1) (body) try to find some time to move my body despite the long journey, no workout or anywhere to really walk far.
2) (mind) manage my mind around certain people. Let them play their part and watch them perform.
3) (soul) relax in the knowledge I don’t have to be on my guard, or perform some role to prove myself.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Attention is like a muscle, the more you use it, the more potent it becomes.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Lovely day of self care, easy conversations, and relaxing. No rush, no demands on my time, no need to feel anxious.
