Lose at least 8lbs.
Current Thought:
Actually had a more productive day at the office yesterday. Three meetings, albeit short ones, and some data returned from one of the teams that I spent some time sorting through. Wasn’t feeling particularly up for a workout, but pressed play anyway, on a dumbbell strength are from my current cycle I’d not done yet. I used my 7.5kgs throughout apart from a couple of moves at the end,when I’d run out of gas. It felt good to move, although I feel the DOMS this morning. Learners practice was good. One didn’t show up, so we put the other through their paces. I think everyone enjoyed it

much better when I move and put my body through some physical exertion.
I do:
1) (body) Lunchtime walk. Workout.
2) (mind) find some opportunities for learning.
3) (soul) menu planning for next week.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
I’m glad I went ahead with the workout as planned, even though I wasn’t really feeling like it and pushed through with my slightly heavier weights. I’m trying to lift heavier to break down muscle and rebuild it stronger.
