Bored

My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose at least 8lbs.

Current Thought:
Very warm yesterday. Office temperature got up to 40 degrees. Quite oppressive and tiring. Not helped by not having much to do. Managed to get this epic spreadsheet sent off so that’s all out of the way now. Finished the book I was reading then felt really fidgety and anxious. Ended up biting all my nails off. All I could manage was a 15 minute dumbbell conditioning workout. I was sweating before I’d even started. Glad I did something though. Learners ringing was good. It had cooled off a bit by then but still hot and sticky. Spent the rest of the evening napping or trying to read.

Current Emotion
Bored.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
needs to find something to do at work.  Now the epic spreadsheet is out of the way, I literally have nothing to do. At all. I will spend some time researching areas of study that I could do for free that could generate new hobbies or activities.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I could revisit some SOSI classes on how to find my passion.

I feel:
I need to find some motivation and purpose.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk, Workout.
2) (mind) research, cultivate a curious mind.
3) (soul) make my own happy.

Future Self Pep Talk:
The journey may be monotonous but there is a lot of opportunity folded into that time, use it wisely.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
I felt physically and mentally drained last night, just because of the heat, but I still pressed play and did some movement.
