Grateful

My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose at least 8lbs.

Current Thought:
Made my own activities yesterday, in the absence of anything else to do. Found an online Diploma course on interior design and decorating. Got through 3 modules yesterday. Rewatched a SOSI class on rewriting your scripts. Downloaded some new music onto my phone, and downloaded a new book to read. Whilst I was out for my lunch time walk, I felt quite energetic so picked up the pace, and when no one was looking, actually jogged for about 100 yards. Later on in the day, when it rained a bit, I went outside to stand in it to cool down. Bodyweight workout when I got home. A quick bit of admin before settling down for the evening.

Current Emotion
Grateful.

Todays Standard:

grateful for the support and help she gets from others, and for the ability to find herself things to do that are interesting and expansive.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I’ll crack out a couple more modules today. I have 2 short meetings booked, and will finish the working week in a positive frame of mind.

I feel:
Ready to get through this day.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk, Workout.
2) (mind) interior design and decorating modules. Reading.
3) (soul) finding inner peace.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Wide, open, and remote spaces have true power. They force us to reevaluate our lives and connect us to something far bigger than us.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Finally got around to downloading JC Stewart’s album and listened to it on my walk.
