Dogged

My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose at least 8lbs.

Current Thought:
Did the first workout of my new cycle first thing yesterday. It was pretty tough, especially as I hadn’t really woken up, and some of the moves made my head a bit swimmy. Popped into town for a few bits, then got down to relearning methods for the quarter peal attempt. Got to the point it was as good as it was going to get. We started ringing and I made a few mistakes, but so did others. We stopped and started again and I got into the swing of it more. Still made the odd trip here and there, but so did the others, so I felt ok about it. We got through it and I suppose it was a good thing to do to stretch myself. Needless to say the thought for next time is to add another method with the mix! Celebrated with some wine with dinner, then got down to relearning another method for today’s peal attempt!

Dogged.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
will put her mind to work relearning another method for today. Not consider myself unable or incapable.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I have evidence that supports I am capable and can do hard things.

I feel:
More confident after yesterday’s success.

I do:
1) (body) walk into town and ringing this morning.  Peal attempt this afternoon.
2) (mind) relearn method for this afternoon.
3) (soul) prepare healthy, nutritious food for the week ahead.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Life shouldn’t be printed on pound notes.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Yesterday’s quarter peal was the most surprise major methods for me. With more practice at them, I could manage the standard 8. Just need to ring them more regularly.
