My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose at least 8lbs.

Current Thought:
Successful peal attempt yesterday, and I didn’t go wrong at all. Quite enjoyed it really. Proves I can do things that are hard, or require intense learning. When we got back, food prep didn’t take too long.  Then I had a meeting with the other principal officers about up coming meetings. That was very productive and civilised. Spent the rest of the evening relaxing. R sent us a message about having eaten cauliflower. She’s always said she doesn’t like it. Apparently, it was cauliflower cheese she eaten as part of a pub dinner and said it was nice. It was lovely to get a random message from her and to hear she’s out and about, not stuck in her room in her house share. Maybe the theory of sending random, unquestioning messages to keep communication open, is working. I’d sent her a photo earlier in the day with no expectation of comment. Either way, it was good to get her message and subsequent, if brief, back and forth.

Current Emotion
Successful.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
proves she can do hard things, and intense learning. Can hold my own and manage others. Can keep communication open.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I will have opportunity to contine learning my interior design course.

I feel:
successful after the weekend of positive ringing, mostly, movement, meetings, and messaging with R.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Ringing this evening.
2) (mind) interior design course modules.
3) (soul) on plan for exercise, food, and selfcare.

Future Self Pep Talk:
It’s time to create your bucket list of must-have experiences. Dream and be brave.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Successful peal yesterday, and I didn’t go wrong at all. Followed by successful meeting, and then R messaging of her own volition for no real reason.
