My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose at least 8lbs.
Current Thought:
Completed my interior design and decoration diploma yesterday. Easiest course to do by just watching powerpoint slides narrated by Al. No test at the end of each module. Download a certificate. Got some good ideas about styling the kitchen and bedrooms when we get round to it. Not much work to be done. Learners practice went well with the return of J from holidays. He seems to have grown a couple of inches! Have planted the seed for when M goes to Uni and G starts his new job, which will mean we’ll stop doing early learners practice, and stop Tuesdays extra practice. Not many at main practice, so we didn’t go to the pub afterwards.

Fractious.
Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
keeps calm, and manages her day. Meetings dotted throughout the day and for different reasons will all be good, and hopefully shorter than advertised.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I will manage the meetings and have a slightly busier and hopefully more fulfilling day.
I feel:
Reedy for a workout tonight to shake off the fractiousness.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Workout. Ringing this evening.
2) (mind) should have more to occupy myself with today.
3) (soul) grateful that C is going to look at the Roadshow data for me today.

People cannot make you feel any negative emotion – anger, fear, sadness, oppression – unless you let them.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Completed my level 3 Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration. Got some ideas on how to style the kitchen when we start work later this year, and the bedrooms, when we get around to those.
