My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose at least 8lbs.
Current Thought:
Lots of bitty meetings yesterday, not much actual work as a result, other then being treated like an admin by being asked to arrange meetings, for which, they actually have an admin assistant. Did a fantastic workout last night and really pushed myself harder. Even did some dredded burpees, albeit slo-mo versions. Felt really good afterwards. Had a good learners practice. The last one for G as he starts a new job next week, meaning he’s going to be all over the place and not likely to get to practices. Should still see him on Sunday’s though. When we got home C did some work on the AGM figures and sent the file to me at work, so l can look through and get the food orders sent off tonight.

will look through the figures and agree volumes for each event so I can send them out this evening.

I will relax a bit more once those figures have been sent off.

I have done as much as I could for this event.There’s a bit more social media to do this week, then I’ve done all I can.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Workout.
2) (mind) play with the figures and get them sent.
3) (soul) decide menu for next week.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Life is too short to waste the quality part of your time complaining. Start acting instead of brooding and assigning blame.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Was really pleased with my effort during my workout. Did all the moves including the ones I don’t really like. Finished G’s learners practice on a high as he did really well, probably his best so far. I do hope he continues to come when he can.
