My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose at least 8lbs.

Current Thought:
Good day yesterday. Athough not much real work to do, I had a good discussion with my boss about various things, including my appraisal and pay review. I spent some time checking over the AGM bookings and formatting them to be able to share the details later. I met a new coachee, my first one from outside my own organisation. Got home and did the Beast workout. 40 mins of EMOMs, AMRAP and Tabata. It was hard, but again, I pushed myself and everyting I had into it. After dinner C and I set to work on finalising the figures and getting them sent off. I’m relieved, and glad that’s  now done.

Current Emotion
Happy.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
can finish off the last bits of AGM admin, then relax. Do another hard workout tonight, then focus on other things.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I just need to check over the speakers numbers. There’s some SOSI content to catch up on, and then another awesome new workout to try.

I feel:
Relieved, pleased, happy and more relaxed about everything now.

I do:
1) (body) Workout.
2) (mind) do some fun process work today.
3) (soul) catch upon some SOSI content.

Future Self Pep Talk:
You can’t calm the storm, so stop trying. What you can do is calm yourself. The storm will pass.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Very happy to have got the AGM figures sent off, just a few final bits to tweak. Really pleased to have tackled the Beast workout and survived. I may even do it again another time. Lost another pond, so now at my lowest weight since joining the Body coach app. Total loss of 40lbs so far.
