Lose at least 8lbs.
Current Thought:
Spent most of my work day yesterday at Basildon, either sitting in their restaurant, or in the coffee shop. At one point I bumped into someone I knew and he took me up to his office to see the views from the 7th floor. The meeting I needed to be there for wasn’t until later in the afternoon, so had a lot of time to kill. When I got home I tried another really hardcore workout, but struggled with DOMS that had set in from the day before. I did what I could at the time. After dinner, C was on the computer, so I read for a while, then when he’d finished I had a quick few emails to fire out. I’d received a very complementary one from a former member of the Exec.

Fauchle, to work lazily or listlessly.
Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
has some admin to do, and will do a workout later, but doesn’t have to be anywhere for anything in particular today.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I have some things to buy in town, and will do what work I need to do throughout the day at my own pace.
I feel:
Quite relaxed about having today planned out, that includes some down time.
I do:
1) (body) Walk into town. Workout later.
2) (mind) Some admin to do. Reading.
3) (soul) find moments of peace and quiet throughout the day.
Future Self Pep Talk:
When it comes to human relationships, choose quality over quantity.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
This mornings scales showed another 2lbs off, lowest BMI, lowest body fat percentage, lowest fat free mass, lowest subcutaneous fat percentage, lowest visceral fat, lowest BMR, and lowest metabolic age so far. Very pleased with that. Fingers crossed I can sustain that and make even more progress during this cycle.
