Lose at least 8lbs.
Current Thought:
Lovely day, and evening, yesterday. Sat and reading for most of the day. Walked into town for lunch out, which I wasn’t expecting, and got rid of the remaining books I’d cleared a while back, but just needed taking to the charity shop. Went to my friends 60th birthday dinner, a very civilised event and we only knew about 4 other people there, but I used magnetic charm learning to engage with complete strangers. Had a very pleasant evening and nice meal with wine all provided. My friend and I have vowed to reconnect and arrange lunch out on a Friday when I’m not working.
Current Emotion
Energetic.
Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
has chores to get done, and prep snacks to take out tomorrow. Will do a workout later on when C goes out, then has a meeting this evening with the AGM team.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I’m ready to shift gears again to work hard and play hard.
I feel:
Reinvigorated after a weekend of relaxation, and renewed friendships.
I do:
1) (body) walk into town. Ringing. Workout.
2) (mind) read some more.
3) (soul) food prep for tomorrow’s outing and the week ahead.

When there are two people in a room, there are also two sets of feelings, thoughts, needs, and perspectives.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Used my magnetic charm learning from SOSI to reignite a former best friendship and chat with other people we didn’t know. Had a lovely evening out.
