Productive day yesterday. Some admin, ringing, food prep, a workout, and a late meeting. Everything is in place now for the ACM weekend. Just a few things that I need to print off and I’ve done everything I can. Enjoyed a 30 min barrre burn workout stretching all the muscles without getting worn out.

will enjoy a day out ringing on a coach trip, even though C is not coming, as he’s ringing elsewhere this morning.

I can sit back and enjoy a day out with friends, without C and have a good time.

a bit odd he’s not coming, but he was going to go out without me so I get be de something, instead of waiting around for him all day.
I do:
