My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose at least 8lbs.
Current Thought:
Could do with another weekend off. Feel quite tired this morning after a long day out yesterday. The day itself was lovely and enjoyable, and didn’t require much effort on my part. Some ringing, chatting to a lovely lady all the time we were on the coach, and a pub lunch. The journey there and back was easy and it was gloriously sunny all day. Got home about 9.30pm. C scored his peal, so it was a good day for both of us.
Current Emotion
Deflated.
Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
has several meetings today so will need to be on top of things for those. Learners practice tonight, assuming everyone turns up.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I can slow down at work, exercise properly tonight and eat and sleep well.
I feel:
Tired, but able to get things together.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Workout. Ringing.
2) (mind) meetings, and self care adivines.
3) (soul) on plan food and workout to get back to feeling brighter.
Future Self Pep Talk:
If you are at your lowest and see no way out of it, remember – the sunshine will always come after a gloomy day.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Nice day out without C yesterday. Chatted easily with people all day, and enjoyed the company.
