Current Thought:
Had fun drawing process maps yesterday. It didn’t really take that long once I got started. There’s potentially a couple of small projects coming my way, but they haven’t been defined yet. Did the first of the Joe & Rosie Strength Challenge workout when I got home. I used my 7.5 and 10kgs throughout. Quite enjoyed it, and worked up a sweat. Did meal planning for next week and spent the rest of the evening relaxing,

Todays Standard:

is motivated to workout hard and obtain stronger muscles, more sculpted and defined upper body. Catch up on some SOSI classes.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I have a quiet day at work, just a few short meetings, but am not overly concerned for today.
I feel:
More motivated knowing there may be some other project work coming my way, and having done a strength workout yesterday.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Workout – upper body strength.
2) (mind) Catch upon SOSI Diamond Day classes.
3) (soul) get ready for the weekend, with some admin, and self care ahead.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Don’t be afraid to open up – the right people will understand and accept you.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
32 min lower body strength workout, with my heaviest weights. Don’t feel too bad this morning. Looking forward to upper body tonight, although that might be harder.
