My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose at least 8lbs.

Current Thought:
Fairly good day yesterday. Got some new paperwork completed for some of my projects. Got two new small projects needing my help, even though just a light touch. Did the second strength challenge workout when I got home, targeting upper body, my weakest point. DOMs had kicked in for my glutes so it was good to rest them for a while. Used my 3, 5 and 7.5kgs and mostly the 7.5kgs as much as possible, was quite surprised. May regret that later! Did a quick bit of admin after dinner, just answering urgent emails.

Current Emotion
Pumped.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
Works out first thing, completing week one of the strength challenge. Takes care of her body with a massage, her surroundings with fresh flowers, and completes admin tasks for the day.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I can do hard workouts, and push myself to lift heavier. I can finish all the admin tasks ready for next weekend.

I feel:
Pumped up, physically and mentally. Ready for my day ahead.

I do:
1) (body) full body strength workout. Walk into town for massage.
2) (mind) print off all papers and notices needed for next weekend.
3) (soul)  take time for self care, and reading.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Your thoughts only hold power over you if you believe them.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Lifted heavy and pushed myself during the workout. Stayed with the 7.5kgs as much as possible.
