My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose at least 8lbs.
Current Thought:
Very productive day yesterday. The Exec meeting went well, during which I shared the sign up figures for the various events throughout the weekend, including the financial state, demonstrating that for the first time ever, the whole weekend is likely to come in as cost neutral, or even with a slight surplus. I did switch off a bit doing the WG Leads part of the meeting and used that time to bash out some association admin, getting me a bit ahead of the game for next week. We didn’t use our Christmas voucher for lunch in the end. We went to the cafe, and were seated, but it took so long for anyone to come and take orders, there were several people waiting to order ahead of us, so we gave up and went elsewhere. Read for a bit, finishing one book and starting another, then did my workout. I did my cycle cardiac and core workout, but still felt I had evergy left, so decided to do a cardio steps one as well. Thoroughly loved doing both back to back, and having the time to choose to do that. The rest of the evening I got to read some as C was on the computer. When he came in and turned the tv on, I turned to playing games or napping. I can’t read when the tv is on, its too distracting.

I am a woman who:
can spend the day knowing she has done all she needs to in preparation for next weekend. Today will be spent doing chores, and food prep for next week. There’s young ringers at the cathedral this afternoon, so we’ll let them in and support their practice, then I might join a meeting as an observer later on this evening.

I feel:
Bold because I’ve got everything else ready for next weekend and can join in things today, as much, or as little as I like.
I do:
1) (body) Walk into town and ringing, twice.
2) (mind) probably find time for reading.
3) (soul) food prep for the few days ahead.

Live by your own rules but learn from those who have already succeeded.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Really enjoyed doing these two workouts back to back. An impromptu decision because I had time and energy. I was able to do more push ups, more thrusters and more mountain climbers, and hold both planks for 40s each., because of the strength work I’d done earlier in the week.
