My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.
Current Thought:
Actually enjoyed my day at work for the first time in years. I managed to get into the data files and start progress on them. Once you get into it, it was quite easy and therapeutic. I got myself into a good rythmn. Went out for my walk at lunchtime and even jogged a bit when no one was looking. Didn’t have time to look into SOSI classes. In and out quickly for learners practice before main practice.
Current Emotion

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
feels more engaged, enthused and energetic when she is fully occupied in a task. Works out even when she knows it’s the only chance for a week and her brain says why bother. Helps young learners through their first quarter peal attempt.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I will enjoy another day of active work at the office. Will workout hard this evening before the quarter peal attempt.
I feel:
Ready to take on a day of active work. The more I have to do that keeps me focused, the more valued I feel and the more I am capable of doing.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Workout. Ringing this evening.
2) (mind) do more data entry work and keep focused.
3) (soul) do the workout, even though you know it’ll be the only one for a week.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Your life is your creation, so make it bright.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
A proper, full day of work achieved. It wasn’t the most straight forward of activities, but once you get into it, its quite straight forward.
