Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.
Current Thought:
Another productive day at the office. More data entry. Finished the specialty I was working on. Just need to add the anomalies to the tracker file. Had a call from my sister looking for advice about Linkedin for her husband, who wants to start looking for another job. Was going to do a workout when I got home but traffic was bad, and C had emptied the cupboard under the stairs, so there was stuff everywhere. Ringing in the evening was a quarter peal attempt for one of our learners. Their first attempt, and they were brilliant. Tenoring behind, and very well struck. So we booked her in for the next one, on the treble, for next week. Then they can achieve their Level 3 certificate before going to Uni at the end of the month.

will finish the task today. Will get out in the fresh air, even if it’s raining. Will finish printing off what she needs for the weekend. Ring. Relax.

No data entry today. May get round to finishing a paper to circulate, then may do some SOSI catchup. Ringing at Ardleigh for practice for the Essex Trophy in a few weeks.
I feel:
Slightly anxious for the weekend. I’ve done all I can, so it’s all up to others now to make things happen. I hope the weather stays dry.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Ringing this evening.
2) (mind) catch up on some SOSI content.
3) (soul) Breathe. Everything is ready.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Really pleased our learner got through their quarter peal, and seemingly unscathed. No blisters. They were very happy at the end, and keen for the next one.
