Tired

My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.

Current Thought:
Everything went well, and according to plan yesterday. We had time to kill in the morning, so had a large breakfast at the hotel, then went for a walk around Sheffield’s millennium galleries and winter garden. C was having bottom problems probably as an after effect of the previous night’s curry and beer. The afternoon ringing was good, even though only just enough ringers on our route. There were more on the other route from the south. Both routes merged in the city centre before the social event in the cathedral. Everyone I spoke to in the evening seemed to enjoy the food. Lots of mingling time, the occasional person thought they’d ordered when they hadn’t so were sent away. C and I had walked back and forth to our hotel room several times during the day, so I had clocked up more than double my steps and hit my cardiac load.

Current Emotion
Tired.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
will get through today’s meeting ok. Need to get there super early to set stuff up, but once that’s done, the rest will flow.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
There will be a long debate on the Motions, but ultimately it should pass. My part is ensuring everything is at the venue, and lunch and dinner tonight is sorted.

I feel:
Relieved day 1 is complete. Ready for day 2.

I do:
1) (body) much less opportunity to exercise, walk, or eat well today, but will try to find time to stretch, at least.
2) (mind) focus on the meetings, make sure everything is in place at the venue.
3) (soul) trust that everything is sorted.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Jumping to conclusions and making assumptions are huge barriers toward effective communication.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Glad day 1 is comple and went well. I didn’t hear any negative comment about anything.
