My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.

Current Thought:
Everything seemed to go off ok yesterday. Everyone was in the right place, at the right time. The technical set up worked well, and both meetings were concluded well within time. There was a long, tedious discussion over semantics of the wording of some rule changes, but everything passed in the end, thanks to the hard work of a few who’d gone to great lengths to ready the arguement. There was probably too big a gap between the end of the meeting, and food being served, but that’s because we’d allowed extra time for the meeting as requested last year. Two people complained about the food last night; something they couldn’t eat, but I’m not worried about that. They should have been more specific about their dietary requirements. We came away about 10pm, I was knackered. I’d let C drink, so I drove his car back to our hotel.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
We’re on the home straight now. Exhibitors to get set up this morning, speakers to get installed in their rooms. Then spend the day browsing and dipping in and out of things. Then clearing down. C has booked us in to an Italian for dinner tonight.

I feel:
Tired, but pleased with how things have gone so far. Today will be what it will be so I can sit back and watch.

I do:
1) (body) lots of lifting and shifting today. Lots of walking and stalking.
2) (mind) don’t get drawn into anyone else’s dramas.
3) (soul) most people are pleased with how its gone so far.

Future Self Pep Talk:
The decision you make today determine the results you get tomorrow. If you want a great future, you need to make better decisions.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
A couple of compliments about my weight loss from people I hadn’t seen for a while, and lots of positive comments about the weekend so far.
