My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.

Current Thought:
My appraisal took all of half an hour really. Neither of us had much to say. I was asked what I thought could be done about my lack of work. I said that I felt it was time to move teams and slide across to Digital properly, where they have plently of projects they’re crying out for PMs for. I know she’s offered my help before, but because I’m not under their noses all the time, I don’t think they really think of me as a resource for them to utilise. I said I also don’t think I really fit in her team anymore. She agreed and said she’d talk to colleagues later in the day. Just after 5pm she called me to say she’d spoken to them, and they were excited about having me, and someone else I’m doing some work for said good things about me. There’s some logistics to work out, but looks like I could be moving teams again soon. Hopefully that will give me some meaningful work to do. When I got home I did a 30min strength workout and thoroughly enjoyed it. First workout for 12 days.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
has lots to do today, but time to do it all. Car in for service, collect prescription and lenses, buy flowers, haircut, workout AGM final costs, pack ready for the weekend, workout, finish book.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Today is going to be a good day. Lots to do but time for it all.

I feel:
more encouraged after my boss’s call and the possibility of swapping teams. It will mean what will possibly be my last 6 months will be more meaningful.

I do:
1) (body) walk into town and back. Strength workout.
2) (mind) admin to do to tidy up ather the AGM.
3) (soul) be upbeat and active.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Thoroughly enjoyed my workout last night. Mad missed being on the mat seeing what amazing things my body is capable of.
