Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.
Current Thought:
Got everything done yesterday, with time to spare. My haircut was more expensive than my car’s MOT! Got some admin done that will feed into reports for the Exec after the AGM wash up meeting on Sunday evening. Did a fun 30 min strength workout that incorporated some latin dance moves. Safe to say I won’t be entering any ballroom dance competitions any time soon. Was good to move my body though, and used my 7.5kgs throughout, including the overhead moves.

is ready for ringing at a striking competition in Basingstoke, then getting dressed up for the Cumberlands Dinner at Merton College, Oxford.
Todays Sweet Spot:

I’ll be ok for the ringing and hopefully don’t have to do much by way of babysitting the organisers. Have agreed with R for a call later this afternoon before we need to get dressed up for dinner. Hopefully we’ll be sat with people we know.
I feel:
I can get glammed up and put on my magnetic charm for the events today.
I do:
1) (body) ringing, walking to and from tonights venue and our hotel.
2) (mind) keep my mind on the touch so it’s not me that goes wrong.
3) (soul) enjoy this evening. Relax and have fun in beautiful surroundings.

Check in this morning wasn’t so bad. Put on a few lbs since last time, but all other measurements stayed the same.
