My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.

Current Thought:
Arrived home early afternoon, so plenty of time to get food prep for the week ahead done. Soup season has arrived! Went ringing at Witham for a quarter peal in memory of someone, so was pleased to have scored it, despite the striking by the locals being problematic for the rhythm sometimes. Home for an hour or so before the CCCBR AGM washup meeting. I recorded it to save time with note taking. I’ll get Al to summarise it all later. By the time I’d finished that, I was ready to sleep, so curled up on the sofa until bed time, and slept very well.

Current Emotion
focused.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
gets back to routine, gets focused in on her health and financial goals, who is ready to engage with more enthusiasm, and looks forward to mental and physical simulation.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Although today will be another quiet day at the office, I’m hoping some progress has been made to get me moved across teams, so I can start some useful, interesting work.

I feel:
Ready to get back to routine eating and exercising.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Ringing this evening.
2) (mind) find something stimulating to read.
3) (soul) hearty, healthy autumn food choices, enjoying the autumnal colours and weather.

Future Self Pep Talk:
The confidence is about embracing authenticity.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Glad to have got back to food prep, and to have scored yesterdays quarter. Just got the notes from the meeting to write up, then this year’s AGM can be put behind me.
