My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.

Current Thought:
An ok day at the office. A couple of short meetings and a webinar that wasn’t quite what I thought it might have been. I thought it was going to tell you about what foods and whatever else would help support a good gut and therefore your mind, but it was more about the research behind the gut/mind connection and a plug for the author’s book. It was interesting enough, but not the practical help I was hoping for. I’ve had confirmation I can change teams as of lst October, so looking forward to doing more. Learners practice went well, I can now sign M off on her level 3 before she goes to Uni. Only a few of us went to the pub, so didn’t stay long.

Current Emotion
cozy.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
dresses in cozy autumn outfits. Has several short meetings throughout the day, and the boss may be on site. Then, a quarter peal attempt after work for someone’s birthday.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I will keep occupied and see what my boss wants.

I feel:
it’s time to do the wardrobe swap as the weather has definitely turned. That may be on the cards for the weekend, if I have time.

I do:
1) (body) maybe a lunchtime walk if I get the chance. More ringing.
2) (mind) lots of small meetings, and keeping my mind on tonight’s method.
3) (soul) not get despondent at not being able to workout again tonight.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Sometimes instinct matters more them statistical data; do not ignore your inner voice.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Glad to have achieved M’s level 3 and 2 quarter peals before she leaves for Uni. Next Monday will be her last practice with us until the holidays.
