My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.
Current Thought:
A reasonably busy day at the office. The boss was in so I was helping her with a piece of work throughout the day, between my own meetings. No time work a workout again, but did a quick burst of admin before dinner was ready, then straight out again for more ringing. A birthday compliment for someone we’ve known for decades. They weren’t in it, but sat outside listening. As it happened, it was my 500th quarter, and C’s 500th as Conductor. Cute matching footnotes. Both of us were knackered by the time we got back, and once we’d finished what we needed to do, both of us fell asleep on the sofa!

Todays Standard:

Now, finally has an evening off ringing related things. Several meetings today, not sure if I’ll get out for a lunchtime walk, but will try. First opportunity to do a new workout from my new cycle this evening. Then I can have a night off.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I’m going to enjoy whatever today brings, and make the most of any time between things. I will workout hard, and plan meals for next week.
I feel:
Anticipation as to how hard the new workouts will be and if I can manage them. Looking forward to getting on the mat though.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk if I can. Workout this evening.
2) (mind) reasonably busy day ahead, so lots to keep my mind on.
3) (soul) plan next week’s meals, making sure they bring me back to focus.

Scored my 500th quarter peal. It’s taken over 43 years to achieve it, which is a long time by some people’s standards, but others only dream of.
