My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.
Current Thought:
Some of my meetings yesterday got shortened, so allowed more time for fitting other things in inbetween. Got out for a walk and jogged a bit along the back road when no one was looking. Got home and straight into the first workout of my new cycle. It was tough, especially after barely working out for so long. I did enjoy it though and know I’ll manage better next time I do it. It was lovely not to have to rush out, or on to a Zoom call. Instead, both of us watched tv for a while before falling asleep.
Current Emotion
Renewed.
Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
has renewed vigour for exercise, healthy eating and for work related tasks. I will be meeting my new boss later to discuss how I can support her. I’d also be watching a self care call on how to use a Gua Sha stone correctly. Not sure if I’m supposed to take one with me, but I will just in case. Then, next workout this evening. A day of mental and physical self care.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I’m ready for my next workplace evolution, even if it’s only for a short while.
I feel:
Renewed enthusiasm for what’s possible.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Evening workout.
2) (mind) new boss, new opportunities.
3) (soul) physical and mental selfcare.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Be patient: even geniuses need time to develop their skills.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Having made a bold move requesting a change of team and start over at this stage in my career.
