My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.

Current Thought:
Had 3 one to one chats yesterday morning. First with my new line manager, agreeing what things I’m interested in, what she needs help with, and how we can work together. Second with my outgoing boss and how I extract myself from her team. Third with someone else I’m reporting to on another project. In the afternoon I took part in a Gua Sha stone facial workshop. Good job I’d taken mine in with me. I followed along with the demonstration but, having taken a before and after photo, couldn’t tell the difference. Got home and stuck into a strength workout. Very heavy on the legs, and felt it as the evening wore on.

Current Emotion

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
has some local association admin to get done but otherwise a day to myself. Starting off with a wood massage across my stomach and arms, a Gua sha facial to see if it makes any difference this morning. Pop into town later for some small bits and bobs, then relaxing, reading, and another workout from my new cycle.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I’m looking forward to swapping teams, reporting lines and having more to do. Today I’m looking forward to a quiet day with no calls, no ringing, and doing things I want to do, rather than things I feel I have to do.

I feel:
I want to get into a new body and facial self care routine. Learning low to take care of my skin and lifting the saggy bits.

I do:
1) (body) wood massage across tummy and arms, walk into town and a new workout.
2) (mind) learning how to take care of my skin. Reading.
3) (soul) take care of my body and surroundings.
