Busy

My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.

Current Thought:
Leisurely day. Included some of my favourite things: walking. flowers, clothes shopping, healthy eating, reading, workout, resting. The workout was a tough strength session with moves that targeted the legs and shoulders in the same move. Definitely felt that later in the day. I did do some admin, not necessarily the admin I’d preferered to get out of the way, but useful to complete nonetheless. And I made a start on the rather large ironing pile.

Current Emotion
Busy.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
Early start for a peal attempt this morning. Someone’s first as conductor, so hoping everything goes well for him. Then on to judge a call change competition. I’m not with C this time which will be odd, but rather pleased I got asked rather than him. Won’t get much time to eat during the day, so bought several snacks to have during the competition. I’m sure they’ll keep us fed and watered anyway but not necessarily anything that’s good for you.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
The band for the peal is ok on paper, so, as long as the everyone sticks to it and the conductor has learned it properly, we should be ok. C has also learned the composition just in case they need help.

I feel:
My shoulders feel sore after yesterdays workout, so not good for over 3hrs of ringing. I feel hopeful that we’ll score the peal, and then have a good afternoon judging the ringing. I’m sure all will be well.

I do:
1) (body) Over 3hrs of ringing this morning, hopefully.
2) (mind) keep at the method this morning, and focused this afternoon.
3) (soul) relax. The day won’t be stressful for me.

Spending the day doing some of my favourite things, and also getting a head start on some weekend chores like the ironing.
