My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.

Current Thought:
Didn’t get any admin done yesterday in the end. Got as far as turning the computer on, then got sidetracked by other more interesting things. After morning ringing I got the ironing completed, then after Iunch did most of my food prep for the week ahead. The peal attempt was successful. I was persuaded to ring inside so that someone could ring the treble to circle the tower. Back home I finished food prep then settled down for the evening.

Current Emotion
Hardcore.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
is determined to get back to weight loss and exercise more frequently.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Despite being pretty good over the last week, I appear to have put on a pound. Might be water retention, but need to be shifting the scales the right way again. Setting myself a Christmas target.

I feel:
Determined, and more focused now I see a way to more productivity at work, and some more evenings back to myself to focus on exercise.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Ringing this evening.
2) (mind) have a more focused approach to consistency.
3) (soul) plan exercise for the week. Stick to goals like glue.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Ignoring the consequences of our past actions promotes indifference to future ones.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Pleased to have scored yesterday’s peal, even though I didn’t really want to ring in the first place.
