My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.
Current Thought:
Quiet day yesterday. An interesting meeting in the afternoon, at which I was supposed to be just an observer, but ended up getting quite involved in as the subject matter expert of one of our systems. Dinner was ready the moment I stepped through the door, so barely time to get changed. Then out ringing. Learners practice was good. It was M’s last practice with us before she heads to Uni and I was able to present her with her level 3 certificate. She stayed for the whole practice and even came to the pub with us. She’ll do well at Uni, I’ve no doubt, and hopefully get into the ringing scene there.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
has my day planned. Some meetings, some report reading, a lunchtime walk. A workout, plus an extra 10min challenge when I get home.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Focus on exercise and healthy eating today.
I feel:
Determined to stay bright and breezy, full of energy.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Cycle workout followed by at least one of the 10 minute challenge workouts.
2) (mind) read a report and my finish my book.
3) (soul) focus on bodily health and fitness.
Future Self Pep Talk:
If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Pleased to be able to give M her level 3 certificate last night. She’ll go off to Uni with a good base to continue on from.
