My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.

Current Thought:
Meetings were short and uneventful. Had the rest of the day to fill. My lunchtime walk was pretty speedy considering I was wearing heels. After everyone else had left the outside office, I shut all the blinds and did one of the 10 minute fat burner challenge workouts. Goodness only knows what it sounded like with me running on the spot on a demontable floor. It was pretty easy to do all the moves in my little office, fully clothed. When I got home I did my cycle strength workout followed by the second fat burner workout. It was a good combination. I used my wood massage tools after my shower to help shift some belly fat. After dinner I didn’t do much other than scroll and watch tv then fall asleep.

Devout.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
is dedicated to looking after her body. Whether by exercise, healthy eating, massages, skin care or whatever. I will be on the ball this evening for the Exec meeting.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I will focus on exercise again today, maybe another sneaky office workout if no one else is around.

I feel:
Ready to tackle my day, keeping physical and mental health and wellbeing at the forefront of everything I do.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Cycle workout followed by at least one of the 10 minute challenge workouts.
2) (mind) coach up on yesterdays SOSI call.
3) (soul) menu choices for the week ahead to align with my goals.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Over an hours worth of exercise throughout the course of the day yesterday. Walk, 10 mins office workout, cycle workout and another 10 mins fat burner. Really pleased with how active I was.
