My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.
Current Thought:
A quiet morning, then afternoon meetings helped the day move quicker. A really good session looking at the economic model for our business case. Longer jog as part of my lunchtime walk, and one of the 10 min fat burner challenges before the end of the day. My cycle workout and another fat burner when I got home. Had an Exec meeting in the evening that went well and feedback shared about the AGM weekend. Will start on 2026 now.

Has the opportunity to persuade project board to stay off Pathology results until end of next year. Has the opportunity to workout again this evening, and finish week one of the fat burner challenge.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I want to be successful in putting off the pathology results integration until next year, as there’ll be no support for it before then.
I feel:
Our arguement is pretty solid and should get a fairly straight forward nod.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Cycle workout followed by the last of the 10 minute challenge workouts for this week.
2) (mind) persuasive and constructive.
3) (soul) ready for the weekend and some self care time.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Be patient; understanding and change often take time.

Another 3 workouts in the bag without batting an eyelid. Getting fitter, stronger and leaner.
