My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.

Current Thought:
Did a 30 win workout first thing, followed by a lovely full body massage. Definitely felt better after that. Bought some magnesium citrate supplements to see if they help muscle and bone strength and relieve tiredness. Spent the afternoon preparing papers for a management committee meeting next weekend, one report outstanding, then I can upload them. Read some and relaxed.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
will be judging another striking competition this morning then has some methods to relearn ready for tomorrow. Maybe a workout.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I am undecided about whether to have a rest day, or do a workout later this afternoon. I do need to relearn these methods for a peal attempt, followed by a spliced quarter peal attempt tomorrow.

I feel:
I’ll see how I get on with the practicing on the computer, and if it goes ok, I’ll do a workout as well.

I do:
1) (body) start taking magnesium citrate to see if it helps bone and muscle strength and relieve tiredness.
2) (mind) relearn a few methods for tomorrow.
3) (soul) relax into this morning. There’s only 3 teams so it won’t take long or be very difficult.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Enjoyed a full body massage for a change. I usually only have back and shoulders done, but decided my legs needed some TLC.
