My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.
Current Thought:
A full on day yesterday, but all of it was successful. We had a quick brunch in town after service ringing. The peal was good from my perspective. I only made a couple of hesitations. Others made more and bigger mistakes than me. We had to go straight onto the next venue for a quarter peal of 6 methods. That was successful too, and again I didn’t make any real errors. I was very pleased with both my performances as I didn’t feel overly confident in either. Back home and into food prep mode. Just about got it all done before my 8pm meeting. It was a useful meeting I thought. Interesting to see the dynamics of the group. There was a moment of high tension which I had to disperse. I got a few thank yous afterwards, one verbally, one in an email. Maybe I’ll try and get along to those more frequently. Managed to stay awake until bed time.

I have some SOSI content to catch up on today, but otherwise a quiet day at the office. A one to one with my new boss to see what other work I can get involved in. Learners practice tonight. Only one learner left. Then main practice.
I feel:
like a dynamic leader who can inspire her team to move things forward and get results and to communicate better.
I do:
1) (body) Iunchtime walk/jog. Ringing tonight.
2) (mind) catch up on SOSI content.
3) (soul) freshly prepared, nutritious, clean food.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Our chances of living a joyful and whole life will increase if we realise that happiness requires effort.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Very pleased to have scored both the peal and quarter peal yesterday considering I didn’t feel overly confident for either.
