My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.
Current Thought:
My one to one with my new boss didn’t happen. She’d been off sick the back end of last week and hadn’t caught up with her other team person, which she needs to do before she speaks to me next. I did catch up on the end of month SOSI content, so I can start the new month’s stuff tomorrow and start the 90 day reinvention programme. A few emails, and one short meeting and that’s all I had. Home, a couple of emails, then dinner and out ringing. Just the one learner now and not so many at normal practice either.

is reinventing herself again with renewed purpose and vigour. I will wear beautiful feminine clothes. I will be strong during meetings, I will hold myself and others to account.

I will head into October with renewed purpose, follow through and determination.

1) (body) Iunchtime walk/jog. Evening workout and start week 2 of the fat burner challenge.
2) (mind) hold my own. Find creative ways to learn.
3) (soul) embody my future self now.

Its never too late to be what you might have been.

Bought some lovely autumnal clothes. Feminine, elegant, yet powerful.
