My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 12stone.

Current Thought:
Another quiet day yesterday. Two very short meetings in the morning and one in the afternoon. Finished reading one of my books and downloaded another. Determined to make October more positive and productive. Did two 10 minute fat burner workouts when I got home. I probably could have pushed myself harder, but having started my period, the first for two months, I was feeling a bit lethargic. I had hoped I’d be done with periods after a two month gap but hey ho. A quiet evening gaming in front of the TV.

Current Emotion
Elevating.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
uses the first of the month, an official start to a new line manager, and the start of the SOS1 90 day reinvention plan, to up level aspects of life around productivity, easy elegance and personal magnetism.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I’m going to “eat the frog” and do these tasks I’ve been putting off for a while. Start as I mean to go on.

I feel:
Enthusiastic and hopeful for fresh beginnings.

I do:
1) (body) Iunchtime walk/jog. Evening workout and more of the fat burner challenge.
2) (mind) deep work, and SOSI content.
3) (soul) have a plan for enacting my desired life now.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
I did manage two 10 minute fat burner workouts last night. It really did feel like starting all over again. I seem to have lost all mojo and strength, but presumably that’s because my period started after an absence of two months.
