Intentional

My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 12stone.

Current Thought:
New month, last quarter of the year. Using the SOSI 90 day reinvention plan to kickstart the last few months to end the year on a personal high. I want to be more intentional and deliberate in what I do. Everything needs to have a purpose to make my life better, or get stuff done, without procrastination or half heartedly. Go all in. Yesterday’s intention was to eat the frog and complete a number of tasks that had been hanging around at work. I wrote a list of 7 things, and had 6 of them completed by 11am. The remaining one needed someone else’s input. I had a couple of short meetings and then the day to myself. No word from either my outgoing boss, or my new one, on the day I officially transferred teams. Also set the intention to get back to harder workouts. Did a 25 min dumbbell strength followed by workout 8 of the fat burner challenge. Felt good afterwards.

Current Emotion
Intentional.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
sets her intention at the beginning of the day, and sees it through. Write a list of what has to be achieved for the day and what I want to do, then get on with it. No messing about.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I have a quiet day ahead so it could be difficult to find constructive things to do and I’ll focus on learning. I have a coaching session booked, if she turns up this time.  Then more cycle and fat burner workouts later.

I feel:
Determined to make this month more productive.

I do:
1) (body) Iunchtime walk/jog. Evening workout and more of the fat burner challenge.
2) (mind) find things that expand my knowledge.
3) (soul) look after mind, body and soul.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Build your resiliance through consistent, disciplined actions, no matter how small.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Felt good to make determined, intentional action and progress. Used 7.5kgs for most of the dumbbell workout, and 5kgs for the overhead thrusters.
