My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 12stone.
Current Thought:
Got most things I intended to done yesterday. Bought fresh flowers in town. Cracked out some admin in preparation for this afternoon. Assisted in the dismantling of some of the kitchen cupboards. Did my cycle workout, and the last of the fat burner challenge so earned myself a new badge. Read quite a bit, then relaxed. Set myself up for today ahead, so I couldn’t talk myself out of it.
Current Emotion
Calm.
Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
worksout first thing to get energised. Swaps summer and winter wardrobes over. Makes a healthy breakfast and takes ready made snacks out with her for the afternoon. Remains calm during a long meeting and has the minutes virtually prepped at the start. Enjoys being treated to Iunch out at an Italian restaurant.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I am ready for the meeting and will keep my head during discussions.
I feel:
Energised from my workout and prepped for this afternoon.
I do:
1) (body) barre burn workout first thing. Taking on plan snacks and plenty of water for the afternoon.
2) (mind) prepared enough ahead of the meeting and keep my cool throughout.
3) (soul) has a good clear out of clothes that no longer fit or fit my style.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Feelings are like waves; we must ride, not fight them.

Stuck to my plan again. Followed through on what I’d set out to achieve and commit to.
