Practical

My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 12stone.

Current Thought:
Everything went as planned. I did a barre burn workout first thing, helped by having laid out my workout clothes the night before. I followed that by an on plan refuel breakfast. I sorted out two bags of clothes to go to my sister to take what she wants and sell the rest for charity. I did need to replace some black and navy trousers as they were now too big, so ordered them from my new favourite store, Sosandar. I had everything for the meeting prepared. C and I had a lovely three course Italian lunch, too much really, but it was nice and the only meal we’d be having. The meeting went pretty well, all things considering and I had my own snacks with me so I didn’t scoff chocolate biscuits. Several of us went to a pub afterwards and I did have two large glasses of wine. Spent the rest of the evening watching tv and napping.

Current Emotion
Practical.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
has chores to get done, ironing, food prep, admin and such like but also needs to clear the baking cupboard, so C can start to dismantle it.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I can make a start on the ironing whilst C’s at chuch and try to get one job out of the way. I’ll need the kitchen to do my food prep later so can do the cupboard then as well.

I feel:
Capable, and ahead of the curve.

I do:
1) (body)  walk into town and ringing this morning.
2) (mind) finish the first draft of committee minutes.
3) (soul) prepare on plan, healthy foods for next week.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Confidence says, “I am worthy of safety, kindness, and connection. I have value to offer the people and world around me.”

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Got through the meeting yesterday. Bits of it dragged out longer than necessary, and some decisions were voted through that several people voted against, but that’s decmocracy for you.
