My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 12stone.
Current Thought:
Got some ironing done before ringing, then finished the rest off when we got back. Did my food prep after lunch, then emptied the baking cupboard of food stuff, the majority well out of date. I haven’t done any serious baking for a couple of years now. C’s going to put all the cutters and other hardware into a storage box for now. Read for quite a while but also slept a fair bit too. Must have needed it.

Hoping this morning during a one to one with my new boss, if it happens, will enlighten me with other things I could be getting involved with. Other than that, nothing much else to do today. No learners practice so could do a workout before normal practice.

How can I fill my day with productive work, especially when there are things I could be getting on with at home otherwise.

Curious as to how I’m going to fill my day.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Workout. Ringing.
2) (mind) find things to occupy myself.
3) (soul) freshly prepared, nutritious food, and keep hydrated.

Multitasking is our mind’s illusion. Instead, embrace deep focus.
