My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
A good day yesterday. I got the details of the new projects to work on and had a good read through what we’d got, then contacted the people concerned to offer support. I got a couple of responses back the same day, which is positive. Had a 2hr conversation with a former colleague who is now having the same struggles I had around being able to effect change, due to organisational set up. I caught up on some SOSI content as well. Did another 30 minute dumbbell strength workout and used the 7.5kgs again, including the overhead moves, although they were more challenging. I was surprised I didn’t have DOMS from the previous day. Spent the evening relaxing and watching tv.
Current Emotion
Confident.
Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
now feels she has a purpose and more to do at work, which will make things much easier. I do prefer to be busy. Has relearned a method for this evening’s peal attempt, so is confident in her own ability.

I made the right decision to change teams even if it’s only for the last few months of my career.
I feel:
Relieved to now have proper work to do.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Peal attempt this evening.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Glad to have used the 7.5kgs again last night. Going to try to stick to them from now on, rather than whimp out and go for lighter ones. Not going to get toned by staying light.
