My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
Fairly quiet day at the office. Caught up with my new boss after having looked into the projects I’ve been assigned. I think she’s happy with my analysis and steps so far. Left the office early to continue working from home as we had to go out promptly at 5.30pm. The traffic was solid so we were late arriving but then so was everyone else. I really enjoyed ringing this peal. I’ve never rung Bourne to a peal or a quarter, so that was new for me and some of the others. I quite like it as a method, and didn’t make any mistakes at all. Others did but got themselves right again. Lack of concentration I think. Read for a bit when we got home then sleep.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
has admin to do, has workouts to do and wants to keep on plan even over the weekend, as much as possible. I will look for an on plan breakfast and something more interesting to do with a bread roll for lunch. I have a meeting this afternoon, and C is off out ringing again later, giving me some quiet time.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I will get Trustee meeting stuff done and sent. That is the main task to get done today.
I feel:
Positive about my goals for the day, and looking forward to the weekend, even though its another busy one.
I do:
1) (body) last of this cycle’s workout before check in tomorrow.
2) (mind) finish a book. Get Trustees stuff sent out, and a meeting done.
3) (soul) develop a more positive mindset around my capabilities.

Many of your thoughts are the result of double standards. The next time you are critical of yourself, ask yourself what you would say to a friend, and then take your own advice.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Pleased things have picked up at work already and I’m raring to go. Chuffed with my ringing performance last night. I made fever erors than anyone else by far, only barely miscounting a dodge a couple of times.
