My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.

Current Thought:
A productive day. Went to Costco to fill up the freezer again. Did some admin and had a meeting where I challenged the other person into action. Did a quick 20 minute barre HIIT workout as I’d run out of time to do my full planned one. Spent the rest of the evening doing 3000 steps on my indoor stepper, then in quiet, reading whilst C was out for a few hours.

Current Emotion
Exstatic.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
is excited to be productive, focused and determined. Who is motivated to workout first thing, then prepare for an afternoon of ringing, and a formal evening out, turning on the magnetic charm.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I will enter my stats and photo’s and check in to a new cycle of workouts, and try the first one this morning. Get ready for this evenings formalities and chill out in between.

I feel:
Buzzing with energy and drive.

I do:
1) (body) new cycle workout first thing. Walk into town, and ringing this afternoon.
2) (mind) get anything together for this evening then relax.
3) (soul) let things wash over me and go with the flow.

Future Self Pep Talk:
We don’t talk about our huge, overwhelming, most shameful failures because we don’t want to admit what they reveal about who we are. But therein lies the choice – you get to decide, after every failure, every defeat, every life altering mistake – what kind of person you are.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
The 20 minute workout was just right to raise my energy levels and fit in the time I had. It also earned me my 600th workout badge!
