My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.

Current Thought:
Started my new cycle yesterday, after checking in. Was pleased with my stats, lost 3lbs and a few cms here and there. Did the first workout which was a tough 60s on 20s rest. Didn’t quite manage a minute of some moves. Ringing for a wedding in the afternoon. The bride was 20mins late, then the service took nearly an hour. Some people got blocked in the car park. Fortunately not us. The dinner was in the evening and I wore a black, sparkly jump suit. I got loads of compliments both on the outfit, and looking slim. I was sat on the same table as one of my sisters although the opposite side so we didn’t get to talk. I was sat next to an elderly man, who I knew, and he was telling me all sorts of stories from his childhood, and the places he’d lived. He even knew that where we live used to be a market garden before the houses were built. Really interesting stuff. I had a lot of wine to drink but didn’t really feel drunk. It was nearly half past midnight by the time we got home and to bed.

Current Emotion
Relaxed.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
Has some admin to get done, ironing and food prep to complete, and a meeting to chair this evening. Things to keep me busy.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I’m relieved I don’t have a hangover this morning and have things to do, so I don’t fall asleep in the afternoon.

I feel:
Quite awake and with it despite the late night.

I do:
1) (body) walk into town, ringing.
2) (mind) admin and a meeting later.
3) (soul) food prep this afternoon to continue my winning streak of staying on plan.

Future Self Pep Talk:
The future we want will not arrive without our participation. And in order to get there, we have to blindly and blissfully trust that it’s going to be somewhere indescribably worth going.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Happy with my check in stats. Pleased to have received so many compliments on my outfit and slim figure last night.
