My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
A relaxed day yesterday. Brisk walk into town and back for ringing. Got the ironing done before lunch. Spent the afternoon reading and food prepping. Had a meeting at 8pm that was very simple as the locals had already done a fair bit of investigating and planning. Venues all agreed and catering plans already being sorted. Rested in front of the tv then bed.

Who is prepared for the week ahead. Breakfasts, lunches and snacks all on plan. Workouts all programmed in for the week. Probably a quiet day at the office today but will prep for a busy day tomorrow. Learners practice and normal practice tonight:

I think:
I an determined to remain focused and positive towards reaching my monthly goal. The gap may have increased over the weekend but with planning and commitment I should be able to shift that easily.
I feel:
More motivated and determined and will get better at the planning for weekends and other events that sabotage my progress.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Ringing.
2) (mind) plan and prep.
3) (soul) take whatever I need to support my goal. Consider whether anything I do works towards that goal or not, and like my reasons for why I choose something or not.
Future Self Pep Talk:
People transform their experience, their opinions, and so on, in ways that correspond with their particular deletions, distortions and generalisations.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Glad to have had a rest day and taken some time to relax. Means I’m ready for another week.
